Today we got our new clothes that I ordered online from Dorothy Perkins and George at Asda. It was so exciting, we had to wear our new clothes there and then!
Mummy:
Hedgehog Dress – Dorothy Perkins – £20
Leggings – Tesco F+F – £3 (in the sale!)
Pink Bow Hairclip – Forever 21 (secret santa present)
Shoes – borrowed from sister
Tyler:
Paw Patrol T-Shirt – George at Asda – £5
Joggers – Primark – £3
The Dorothy Perkins was delivered to my parent’s house for free using a Free Delivery Code, and the George order I picked up using Click and Collect from the new Asda Petrol Station in Northolt off the A40, which is on my commute home.
Tyler loves his Paw Patrol T-Shirt, he is a big fan of the show. I got age 3-4 and it’s a bit big on him, but this is better as he’ll grow into it and it’ll last longer. The label says ‘Nickelodeon for George’ so it looks like it’s an Asda exclusive.
I love my dress so much, it is soft and light, made of shiny fabric with a silk lining. I love the pleats at the waist, it fits me so comfortably and covers my belly 😉
I got home and said to my husband, “Do you like my new dress? I’m glad I got a size 14, it fit’s so nicely” (I’m used to being a size 12, but have recently decided to stop trying to lose weight, enjoy food and accept being a size 14)
He said, “I love it and you look size beautiful”

Ooh I love it – a mummy & son OOTD. That dress looks lovely on you – the print is adorable. So lovely to read that you have accepted your size – you don’t look like you need to lose weight by the way. I’ve not heard of Paw Patrol (Sophie is only 8 months – I guess I have all that to look forward to!) Tyler looks very pleased with it though & £5 is a great price. Aw thank you! I really love this dress, it’s my new favourite. And the dress size, it’s just a number, although somebody needs to tell my mum that! Paw Patrol is a show on Nickelodeon about some dogs that look after the city – boys love it! Who knows, Sophie might one day, though I would guess she’ll be more of a Peppa Pig girl! xx
