I’ve decided I’m going to start doing a weekly Monday share of what we’ve been up to the past week. I know people normally do a Sunday share but I like being off social media at the weekend and being totally present in the moment. Here goes!
- Monday was the last day of Lily’s school hols, and as Tyler had gone back, we had a mummy daughter day in Windsor. Had a Fluffy Cookies bubble tea 🧋 at Paeonia.
- A roller skating 🛼 birthday party for one of Lily’s dance friends, that was so much fun, felt like we were in a movie!
- Seeing Wicked in the West End, that was aaaammmaaazzing (pr)
- Lily with her first ever Build A Bear teddy 🧸 at the Windsor store, that she bought with her birthday money – Ravenclaw of course. It was the sweetest experience 🥹
- Snow on the first school run made going back feel not so bad ❄️ And first time using Lily’s new Harry Potter umbrella from Miniso.
- Found a Woolworths book I hadn’t read at the library. Which made me determined to crack on and finish my Woolworths blog – 923 stores I’ve written about 💻
Not pictured, but also this week I had to buy Tyler his first ever football boots and they will be doing football in PE. I picked up a swimming costume for Lily that she had chosen, as she’ll be doing swimming in PE – eek. We have been watching the Masked Singer. And yesterday we saw Wicked at the cinema, and had dinner at Wingstop. So glad we saw the theatre show before the movie, both are great and interesting to see the differences.
