The summer holidays can be expensive, so I have rounded up some FREE activities in Slough and the surrounding towns.

★ Trunks across the Thames Elephant Sculpture Trail – find the elephants across Slough, Windsor, Eton and Maidenhead. Free to do, but if you’d like to track your trail, you can download the app for £1.99 (£1.45 goes to Thames Hospice). Live until 13th September.

★ Build your own Lego Dinosaur – FREE at Broad Street Mall, Reading – 25th July 11am – 2pm

Plus FREE face painting every Wednesday (opposite Boots 29th July – 26th Aug), FREE storytimes on Thursdays (must be booked), and Dragon Meet and Greets on Tuesdays.
