This was the weirdest thing ever – real grass on Trafalgar Square for 2 days only. I was only there by chance as I was at our agency on the Strand. How and why there was grass there was beyond me. What a waste of money. It looked nice but what’s the point??? Imagine if it had rained. Luckily it was really sunny, I was so glad to be out of the office and being in London felt like a special treat. Shops! I had forgotten what they looked like! But then I remembered why I stopped working in London – the hot, smelly tubes crammed full of hot sticky people and Aussies shouting across to each other. I was holding on to the pole and my hand kept slipping down because of the sweat. Gross! Thank god I have a car now!
