Paddington Bear Trail

Did you know there’s a little Paddington Bear statue trail in London Paddington? It’s not a brand new one, I think it was first put up in 2018, but we’d never done it before. You can pick up “The Pawprint Trail” map from the Paddington Bear shop at London Paddington train station – just ask for it at the shop counter. The first statue is inside the shop.

We didn’t do the actual pawprint trail – we followed our own route to find the statues, marked as bears on the map.

There are 3 to find, here is a photo of our route.

It’s a pleasant little walk, especially along Merchant Square – with so many eateries along the canal, and also GoBoat London.

There are fountains, which is useful to know for hot days. And a big screen with deckchairs, showing Wimbledon when we visited.

Paddington is just 20 minutes on the fast train from Slough, and an adult return is £11. We were there and back home for dinner really quick. A fun mini adventure.

Are you a fan of Paddington Bear? Have you done this trail?
