The Siblings Project |February 2018

This past month has been full of laughter from these two siblings, chasing each other around the flat and giggling in their own little world. I hear more and more from Tyler trying to teach Lily things. “Lily say this, Lily do that! Like this Lily!” The latest thing he has taught her is that the dog is called Max in the Secret Life of Pets. So she walks around with the dog cuddly toy saying “Max!”

It’s not all plain sailing though, there is still the problem of Lily accidently breaking the wooden tracks when she pushes the trains over the bridge (saying choo choo as she does – adorable!) She doesn’t mean to break it, but it drives Tyler nuts, he is very precious about his tracks. But apart from that, they get along really well.

I know I already included these photos in my Deal birthday weekend post, but they are too cute not to share again! We don’t live near a beach, so I took lots of seaside-y photos while we were there. I wish I could do that every weekend, I love taking these types of photos. Just letting the two of them explore while I snap away.

It’s clear to see that Lily is catching up with Tyler, she is looking more like a little girl than a toddler next to him. Taking these two out is fun, especially now she wants to walk everywhere and follow Tyler wherever he goes (though I always bring the buggy, those little legs get tired). It’s half term as I write this post, so we have a week of more adventures to come, which I’m sure I’ll be sharing in next month’s post.
