Tyler has a sweet relationship with my little sister – she is his cool, trendy aunty and he follows her around like a shadow. If we are at my parents’ house and she comes home from work, he goes nuts! The other day she bought a t-shirt online and I just knew I had to do a photoshoot as it was so similar to one of Tyler’s tees – and that’s how he got twinning with his Aunty Angie!
Aunty Angie’s T-shirt is from Boohoo.com and it’s off white stretchy fabric with a red border along the sleeves and collar and a rainbow motif. Tyler’s matching T-shirt is a Little Bird one from Mothercare, also white with red borders and it has a cute lighthouse illustration on the front. This tee is very lightweight and loose, perfect for the hot weather we’ve been having.
Tyler’s tee is teamed with his fave blue shorts from Tesco which are made from jersey cotton – soft and comfy, and I much prefer this fabric to the hard cotton shorts you usually find instore.
Aunty Angie has teamed her tee with her ripped skinny jeans from TopShop in dark denim.
She is wearing her black flatform plimsolls from New Look and white trainer socks, while Tyler is wearing elephant socks and his only shoes which are Sketchers trainers.
Here’s where you can get their outfits from:
Little Bird Lighthouse Tee – Mothercare – £9
F+F 2-pack Jersey Shorts – Tesco – £5
3-pack Animal Socks – H&M – £5.99
Sketchers Trainers – TK Maxx – £16.99
What do you think – don’t they look cute?! I can’t wait to starting twinning Tyler with his sister when she’s a bit older. Do you twin clothes with your child?
