Yes that’s right, so many activities in this guide are free*. With the cost of living going up and up, I thought I’d put together the freebies, something for everyday this February Half Term. These activities are easy to travel to from Slough and Windsor in Berkshire. But wherever you live, do check out your local shopping centres. Most usually put on free events in school holidays. (*a few of the activities cost £1 – £2 or suggest a donation).

This photo above is taken at Broad Street Mall in Reading, where you can take a selfie at their gorgeous floral bench throughout this half term, and they are giving out free roses and choc heart lollies on Saturday 11th Feb!
What I like about these events is you don’t have to book. February is freezing and sometimes you don’t want to plan. You might want a movie day at home with the kids, or you might wake up and think actually I want to do something! This guide will help you find something each day.
