38 things to do in May around Slough & Windsor | Berkshire

Hello May – it’s time for two Bank Holidays, one on May 6th and the other on May 27th, and also its May Half Term at the end of the month. Which means there are lots of things happening, let’s have a look the them:

1) Visit Langley Country Park to see their amazing rhododedron in Temple Gardens

2) Visit Stoke Poges Memorial Garden to see the wisteria. Free everyday.
plus on Sunday 12th May is the National Garden Scheme Open Day (adults £6)

3) Sundays at Eton College Museums, free kids workshops at the Eton Natural History Museum. This month the workshop themes are Dragonflies, Daisies, Birds and Turtles.

8) Cheap kids screenings – Saturday and Sunday mornings around 10/11am: Vue (£2.49), Cineworld (£2.50) and Odeon (£3.25) – check your local cinema for exact times and films.

9) FREE Gruffalo Trail at Horsenden Hill, Perivale. Everyday (car park open until 8pm in May)
