With all the serious things going on around the country that are making my mind explode, I just felt like writing a mind-less, fluffy post about Lily’s outfits. Hopefully these pics will give your mind a little break too. This is what she wore in April, and where they are from if you are feeling inspired to shop.

1)First up we have that gorgeous pink and white striped H&M jumper that I hope she never grows out of! Teamed with black leggings and those cute socks, she looks like a miniature me!

This powder pink baby bomber jacket – just too cool!

Here we have a vintage Tyler hoodie. I was contemplating not keeping it for her as it says ‘Cheeky Chappy’ on the front – but who cares, she looks absolutely adorable in it! It was from Next 4 years ago, and there’s nothing similar in store at the moment unfortunately.

The next two outfits I call ‘Vintage Amelia’ as they are from a good friend who kindly gave me loads of her daughter’s clothes. This one is from Matalan and I just love the ruffled skirt on the dress with the cherry print.

This one is a denim A-line dress from M&S and it is lovely. The fabric is really light and loose, so it’s really comfy, and matches any tights or leggings.

Now back to her new outfits, this was a gift from her granny at Christmas that fits now, and it’s really cute. The colour is quite different too. It must have been a popular choice as this outfit is sold out at Next now.

The following outfit is a mix of ‘Vintage Tyler’ and H&M. I think you can guess the blue bodysuit was Tyler’s, and I managed to make them look girly with pink bottoms. The pink bottoms are of a light cotton fabric, really really comfy for the hot days. They are £3.99 and there’s loads instore (none online at the moment)

The next outfit is a cotton pink dress that I got in the GAP sale in January. It’s really light, again great for hot days.

How’s that for a mindless post! It is fun dressing up a baby, boy or girl. I’ve also started selling her smaller clothes on eBay, as it’s nice to know that another baby will be wearing her gorgeous outfits. Mind you, I have kept my favourites in a keepsake box. Like that flamingo babygro and the tiny preemie sized crab romper – wah!
