Things to Do Around Slough in the Summer Holidays

For the summer holidays, I’ve decided to video what we get up to, as it will be nice to watch them back in the future. We’ve done all local things this week, so I thought I would share them with you, if you are looking for ideas of things to do.

1)Legoland, Windsor – Pop-up Beach this summer 2018

2) Fruit/Veg Picking at Copas Farm, Iver

3) FREE Pop-Up Beach at Norden Farm, Maidenhead

4) A trip Ikea in Reading – have lunch, let them play in the kids areas, even wandering around the showroom is amazing to them!

5) Get behind the scenes at the Slough Museum with “Museum Mischief” – 10am every Wednesday of the summer holidays in The Curve

Other ideas

-Seaside in Dedworth – Clewer Memorial Ground
-Bekonscot Model Village in Beaconsfield
-Didcot Railway Centre
-The Ickenham Miniature Railway
-One of the Xplorer family days at Herschel/Salt Hill/Kennedy Parks
-Black Park
-Dragonboat festival in Reading this August.
-Slough Horticultural Show
-And there is something to do at the Curve pretty much every day this holiday

There is lots to do, and I feel quite lucky to live in Slough and have easy access to all these nearby towns.

I hope you are enjoying the hols, and if you know of any other cool places to visit, please let us know in the comments.
