After many months, Tyler is finally wearing something other than his pyjamas or school uniform! It is so nice to see him in normal clothes this week, and it’s been a chance to try on some new outfits. Here is what he has been wearing:
Outfit 1
Top : Next (from Choice) £7 | Joggers : Boots Miniclub £6 (but I got them in a 2 for £8 deal) | Socks : Next
This top is proper neon orange, I saw it in Choice and I HAD to buy it, plus it has a bus on the front. When I showed it to Tyler after school that day, he was over the moon! It is now his favourite top, and you know I have always loved neon orange on it (see him wearing neon at age 2 – my baby!)
I don’t normally buy clothes from Boots, but a bright pink dress caught my eye for Lily, and it was in a 2 for £8 deal, mix and match with the boys clothes, so I chose these joggers for Tyler in age 5-6. I love the bright colour and they are really really soft on the inside. They are long for him at the mo, but he’s getting taller by the minute. They should last the year I hope.
Outfit 2
Jumper : Next (gift) | Joggers: Next (from Choice for £8) | Socks (gift)
This blue and white stripey jumper was a Christmas present from Tyler’s granny and it is GORGEOUS! I love the nautical look anyway, and I may be biased, but doesn’t my boy look oh so handsome in it!? It’s a chunky jumper but not too heavy. So he is comfortable in it and it’s keeping him warm in this freezing weather. It’s age 4-5, and there’s room for Tyler to grow into it. LOVE IT! I can’t see it online, but I’m sure they have them in store as she only bought it in December.
Outfit 3
Hoodie: Debenhams | Jeans : Next | Trainers : Next
Do you like my photo fail?! This is the real Honey Nut 😛 Not really, she got upset when I moved her to get in the photo – she was happily looking at a library book on the floor before then. And then the Lego Duplo bricks came out, so Tyler was off!
He is wearing a hoodie with construction trucks that is from Debenhams Blue Zoo, it was a gift from my parents. And he is wearing the SOFTEST JEANS EVER! I cannot get over how soft and comfortable they are. They were a gift from Tyler’s granny, I’m not sure which ones from the Next website they are, as there as soooo many jeans online. The label says it is 63% cotton, 36% polyester and 1% elastane – if you are looking for really soft and stretchy jeans, look for this composition.
And that’s our dose of Tyler for the week! Which is your fave out of the three?
